Build the community behind India’s AI ecosystem.
We’re looking for two exceptionally driven, wildly curious, high-energy people to spend 12 months helping us build AIBoomi on the ground in Bengaluru.
You’ll work alongside the founders, operators, and builders putting Indian AI on the global map, and help build the community that brings them together.
// THE FELLOWSHIP
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Grow and nurture the AIBoomi community in Bengaluru
- Welcome new members, host meetups, and spark meaningful conversations
- Work closely with the community lead across key AIBoomi initiatives
- Support strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Help execute flagship events, community mixers, and other experiences
- Own ambiguous problems, improve core metrics, and build what doesn’t exist yet

- You’re comfortable working with founders, operators, partners, and community members
- You’re based in Bengaluru or ready to be on the ground here
THE COMMITMENT
- Tenure: 12 months
- Location: Bengaluru
- Time: A serious half-day to full-day commitment

- Lead new founder program design including research and content
- Program manage key ecosystem initiatives and help in scaling them
- Work with other founder volunteers on giving new ideas a space to grow

- Not necessarily starting up yet

- Lead the design and execution of new community initiatives
