When we started in 2015, the founding thesis was simple: Indian founders helping Indian founders, with no transactional motive.
More than ten years later, that thesis has survived a pandemic, a funding winter, and a complete technological shift to AI.
What’s made this community durable is the culture of reciprocity — the founders who were helped in 2015 are the ones running sessions for AI-native founders in 2026. The give-first principle doesn’t live in a document anywhere. It gets passed down founder to founder, and it’s one of the deeper reasons people keep coming back.
The transition to AIBoomi raised a genuine question: does the playbook transfer? SaaS had a reasonably established set of frameworks by the time SaaSBoomi started — GTM motions, ARR benchmarks, churn management. AI doesn’t have that. The category is moving faster than any mentor’s direct experience.
No playbook survives that kind of velocity. Experienced founders stop dispensing wisdom and start asking the same questions as everyone else. The room fills with people figuring it out at the same time. And that kind of honesty is harder to find than any introduction.
